CHARTERS
Cancellation by Charterer.
If you have to cancel, please notify the Trust as soon as possible. Monies will be refunded only according to the following schedule**:

| More than 90 days | 100% |
| Between 61-90 days | 75% |
| Between 29 to 60 days | 50% |
| 28 days or less | 0% |
**Day Cruise bookings made by redemption of Gift Vouchers are excluded – please refer to the Gift Voucher webpage.
The Trust will be sympathetic to genuine extenuating circumstances in that there may be the opportunity to re-book at a later date (with a commensurate price adjustment) for cancellations more than 29 days before the original departure date. However, the decision of the Bookings Secretary will be final and binding.
Cancellation by Norfolk Wherry Trust.
Whilst every effort will be made to make Albion available, the Trust reserves the right to cancel a charter for any reason. All payments will be returned. The Charterer will have no other claim against the Trust.
DAY CRUISES
Cancellation by Customer.
If you have to cancel, please notify the Trust as soon as possible. Monies will be refunded only according to the following schedule:

It may also be possible to arrange for one or more places on a Day Cruise to be allocated to someone else. However, the decision of the Bookings Secretary will be final and binding in all cases.

SHORT SAILING TRIPS
Cancellation by Customer.
If you have to cancel, please notify the Trust as soon as possible. However, no monies will be refunded.
Cancellation by Norfolk Wherry Trust.
Whilst every effort will be made to make Albion available, the Trust reserves the right to cancel a Short Sailing Trip for any reason. All payments will be returned. The Lead Passenger and booked fellow passengers will have no other claim against the Trust.
