No credit or debit card details are held by NWT as all processing is done through our booking partner FareHarbor. Reference should be made to their privacy policy in regard to cookies and personal data.
Personal details such as name, address and contact details are stored within the online booking system and are used solely for the purposes of booking day cruises and charters ordered through this online shop. Fulfilled bookings (and the associated data) will be deleted from the system once the audit of annual accounts has been completed and signed off (generally sign off is achieved by 1st July following the previous financial year). You may request a copy of the information held by us by writing to us (address above) marking your letter for the attention of the Data Protection Officer.
You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
